I should probably try harder to stay up with my fitness blog ! But for what it is worth ill share today's work out (:
So I go to the gym and cross-fit but there are times I just want to work out out doors because it is so freaking gorgeous here in Arizona ! today i ran my dogsss ( 3 in all ) to the park and decided to do my work out there . and it was hard , i almost died , and every one was staring at me , but i feel great so I decided to ignore them haha .
5 suicides ( on basketball court )
25 box jumps (on a nearby bench )
20 jumping jacks
15 burpee twists
20 high knees
repeat 3 times
take a breath - give your self a pat on the back and then do yoga because it is amazing and good for you
10 minutes of yoga (:
