Hey , So yes I am still alive sorry life has been crazy lately! With school and work . I have so much respect for women that find time to actually keep up with their blog! Over here it is a working progress ha ha .
Today I am going to go over what we eat in our home , what our groceries look like and what we spend in order to eat this way ! Also tomorrow will be another weekly recipe post so keep your eye out for it !!
Back round info: Neither my husband nor myself are gluten intolerant , I am slightly lactose intolerant but take lactase and eat only small amounts of dairy. Hubby as well as we know has no allergies or intolerance to foods . We try to eat organic, and limit our levels of gluten , I use rice pasta or quinoa pasta when making pasta , as well as corn tortillas . we mainly use spelt bread or sprouted grain bread, and consume lots of veggies !!
